The Department of Mechanical Engineering, Sanjivani College of Engineering, Kopargaon, successfully organized a One-Week Short Term Training Program (STTP) titled "Innovative AI Tools for Research Excellence: A Hands-on STTP for Effective Writing and Data Visualization" from 06 July to 11 July 2026 in virtual mode, in collaboration with RSP Science Hub.
The Department of Mechanical Engineering, Sanjivani College of Engineering, Kopargaon, successfully organized a One-Week Short Term Training Program (STTP) titled "Innovative AI Tools for Research Excellence: A Hands-on STTP for Effective Writing and Data Visualization" from 06 July to 11 July 2026 in virtual mode, in collaboration with RSP Science Hub. The six-day program featured renowned experts from leading institutions across India who delivered insightful sessions on Generative AI for academic writing, AI-driven data analysis and visualization, intelligent citation management, research integrity, publication strategies, research impact enhancement, and AI tools for academic productivity. The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from faculty members, research scholars, and students from various institutions, providing participants with practical exposure to AI tools supporting high-quality research, scientific writing, data visualization, and publication. The STTP was coordinated by Prof. S. M. Gujrathi (Program Coordinator) and Prof. N. S. Surner (Program Co-Coordinator) under the guidance of Dr. P. M. Patare, Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, with the support of Dr. R. A. Kapgate, Director, and the encouragement of Hon. Shri Amit N. Kolhe, Managing Trustee. The successful organization of this STTP reflects the Department of Mechanical Engineering's commitment to promoting research excellence, innovation, and the effective integration of emerging AI technologies into higher education and academic research.
