The IEEE Student Branch of Sanjivani College of Engineering, established in 2002, has played a pivotal role in fostering technical excellence, research culture, and professional development. It provides a dynamic platform for students to network with peers, faculty, and industry professionals, enhancing learning beyond the classroom.
During the 2024–25 academic year, the branch organized numerous interactive programs, webinars, hands-on workshops, expert lectures, competitions, and orientation sessions. These initiatives strengthened research, innovation, teamwork, and professional growth among students and faculty.
These initiatives have significantly strengthened the research and innovation ecosystem of the institute, encouraging students and faculty to pursue continuous learning, teamwork, and excellence. Today, the IEEE Student Branch stands as a vibrant hub for academic and professional development.

The Student Branch has been taking active part in various activities organized by the IEEE Bombay and Pune Sections also. Since 2004, members of the student branch have been actively participating in the “Students Awareness Contest” organized by the IAS/PES Society of IEEE Bombay Section. Four times they have won Prizes at National level (in years 2005, 2009, 2011 &2012). In TEHNOVATION 2023, students from Sanjivani College of Engineering won four out of the five prizes at divisional level which included districts of Ahmednagar, Aurangabad, Jalna, Hingoli, Beed, Parbhani, Osmanabad, Latur and Nanded.
The Student Branch was instrumental in hosting TECHNOVATION 2023, Project competition cum exhibition organized by the Students Activities Committee, IEEE Bombay Section on 15th April 2023.
